• 用 Cowork 之前只要走完三步：打开桌面版、跑一次引导设置、告诉它工作素材放在哪
• Cowork 会跨你的文件和已连接的工具，一次做完一整件任务，再把结果存回你能打开的地方
• 前置知识：无，第一次用 Cowork 照这篇顺序走一遍就能上手

重点内容

三个开局步骤

1. 打开 Cowork：首页的模式选择器里选 Cowork
2. 跑一次 /setup-claude：第一次开 Cowork session 时打这个命令，Claude 会引导你选角色、装对应的 plugin、接上相关工具（Slack、Google Workspace、Microsoft 365，以及角色专属的系统）
3. 选工作位置：在聊天栏选 Work in a folder，告诉 Claude 从哪里读素材、结果存回哪里
   • 本地文件夹：Cowork 读现有文件，把新产出存进这个文件夹
   • Project 工作区：带着文件、instructions、跨 session 记忆一起用

上手试跑范例

• "Turn the research in this folder into a one-page brief."
• "Write a status summary from last week's Slack and Linear activity."
• "Update the forecast model with the figures from these PDFs."
