工作流一：掌握经营脉动

Prompt：「Help me build a Monday morning brief every week in Slack. Pull my cash position from QuickBooks, incoming settlements from PayPal, pipeline movement from HubSpot, and what's on my calendar this week. Tell me the three things that need my attention today.」

• Claude 读已连接的工具（记账软件、收款平台、CRM、日历、邮箱）
• 每个工具的信息各写一段
• 把最该优先处理的三件事排出来

成果：存进你文件夹的一页式简报，如果设了排程，每周一早上都会自动准备好。

工作流二：跑下一场营销活动

Prompt：「Find my weakest revenue month from last year and plan a promo to address it. Draft the strategy, generate the campaign assets in Canva, segment my list in HubSpot, and stage the send. Show me everything before anything goes out.」

• 找出去年营收最弱的那个月（季节性低谷）

工作流三：结月账，少出错

Prompt：「Close out March for me. Reconcile my QuickBooks transactions against PayPal settlements, flag anything that doesn't match, and write the P&L narrative as a document I can send straight to my accountant.」

• 把记账记录跟收款平台的结算数据对账
• 标出对不上的地方（漏记的结算、手续费不符）
• 有问题的项目需要你确认
• 产出对账表格和摘要文档

成果：一份可以直接交给会计审核的结账文件包。

工作流四：安心准备发薪水

Prompt：「Get me ready for payroll on the 15th. Pull my cash position from QuickBooks, my incoming PayPal settlements, and any overdue invoices. Show me whether the next 30 days covers payroll, then draft a reminder for each overdue customer matched to how they've paid before. Show me the drafts before anything sends.」
